Classes Terms & Conditions
Registration & Payment
Registration through the Trainin app (https://casaalquimia.trainin.app/) is mandatory for booking classes. We offer single classes and bundles (see the Trainin app for product details and refund rules). Cancellations made 2 hours or more in advance are refunded as credit for future classes, unless specified otherwise in specific product terms.
Trial Classes
One trial class is available per client.
Missed Classes & Credits
Unused credits from credit products can be used up to 1 week after their original expiration date.
Teacher Substitution & Cancellations
If a class is cancelled for any reason, the expiration of valid credits for registered students will be extended.
Minors & Health
For minors, we require written parental consent or a responsible adult present. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating their personal health risks before attending classes. Casa Alquimia is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during our classes.
Photo & Media
Classes are regularly recorded for internal training and social media. Students who do not wish to be recorded should inform the teacher at the start of class.
Late Arrivals & No-shows
Late arrivals are allowed but students cannot join after 10 minutes from the class start time. No-shows follow the rules set in the Trainin app or product terms.
Minimum Attendees
A minimum of 4 participants (or 2 leads and 2 followers for partner work) is required for a class to proceed. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, credit expiration for registered students will be extended.
Code of Conduct & Right of Admission
We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. Casa Alquimia reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe to others.
Personal Hygiene
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all participants, we require students to practice good personal hygiene. This includes wearing clean clothing and shoes, and maintaining proper foot hygiene. Students who appear unwell or show signs of contagious illness should not attend class.
Personal Property
Casa Alquimia is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises.
