Studio Rental Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
Registration through the Trainin app (https://casaalquimia.trainin.app/) is mandatory for studio rental bookings. Unless agreed otherwise, payments must be made in advance through the Trainin platform or agreed method.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 days before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations shorter than 2 day before the booking are non-refundable.
Damage, Cleaning & Use
Users are responsible for any damage to studio material and furniture (including floors, mirrors, fitness equipment, lights, kitchen equipment, and restrooms) and will be billed for the cost of any necessary repairs or replacements. Good hygiene must be observed: used kitchen items should be washed and all trash placed in designated containers. Mats must be cleaned after use with the provided liquid and towels.
Insurance & Liability
The studio does not provide insurance. Users hire and use the studio at their own risk and are advised to hold appropriate liability insurance. By booking, you accept a liability waiver for injuries sustained during your booking. Casa Alquimia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
Capacity, Hours & Noise
Maximum capacity is 14 people. The studio is open from 08:00 to 22:00. No noise is permitted after 22:00.
Subletting & Transfers
Renters may not transfer or sublet their reservation to third parties.
Security & Keys
Please leave the studio no later than 5 minutes after the booked end time. Keys should be placed inside the keylock and secured.
Cancellation by Studio & Additional Charges
If the studio cancels a booking, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered. If the studio is not left reasonably clean or on time, an extra hour of rental at the standard rate will be charged.
Rule Violations & Platform Access
Casa Alquimia reserves the right to block customers from the booking platform and deny future bookings if any of the studio rules or terms and conditions are not observed.
